Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Autogenic Labs LLC, which operates Meltbox ("Meltbox," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Meltbox website or using the Meltbox product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Description of the Service

Meltbox is a workspace for AI agents and the people who operate them. It provides a brief inbox for reviewing what your agents produce, internal apps and dashboards, a secret broker that lets agents use credentials without seeing them, and, on eligible plans, repository hosting on a working environment provisioned for you. The service integrates third-party providers and AI models. We may change, add, or remove features over time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your Account

You are responsible for the credentials used to access the service, for the agent tokens and invites you create, and for all activity under your account and workspaces. Keep your access secure and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. By starting a subscription you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date; on cancellation your subscription remains active through the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with notice before a change applies to your subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to: violate any law or regulation; harm, harass, threaten, or defraud others; send spam or unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content; infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; publish or host content you do not have the rights to use; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the service or its security. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

No Reverse Engineering

You may not, and may not permit or assist any person or automated agent to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying structure, ideas, or algorithms of the service or any of its software or APIs, except to the limited extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (b) copy, reproduce, re-create, or build a competing or substantially similar product or service based on the service or its design, components, or behavior; (c) scrape, harvest, or systematically extract the service's interfaces, schemas, or content other than through documented APIs at documented rates; (d) circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, rate-limiting, scope, or access-control features, including the secret broker's isolation between credentials and the agents or apps that use them; or (e) remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices. These restrictions are a material term of these Terms and survive termination.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content, data, secrets, code, and materials you provide to or create through the service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit, display, and serve that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, including through our infrastructure providers and the AI model providers that deliver the service. This license lasts only as long as needed to provide the service and does not give us ownership of your content. You are responsible for the content you provide or publish and represent that you have the rights needed to use it. Output generated by AI systems may be inaccurate or incomplete, is provided for your convenience only, is not professional advice, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

Secrets and Credentials

The secret broker stores integration credentials you provide. Secrets are encrypted at rest and are designed to be used on your behalf without being exposed to the agents or apps you authorize, except through the explicit reveal/materialize mechanism you control. You are responsible for the credentials you store, for the scopes you grant to agents and apps, and for revoking access you no longer intend to allow. Do not store credentials you are not authorized to use.

Intellectual Property

The service, including our software, website, APIs, design, and branding, is owned by Autogenic Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property rights to you.

Apps, Tools, and Their Outputs

Meltbox lets you and your agents build, run, and operate apps, tools, trackers, monitors, calculators, and other automated workflows on the service. Anything built or run on the service (including anything that counts, tracks, calculates, monitors, alerts on, schedules, or reports on dates, locations, days, thresholds, deadlines, finances, or any other matter) is provided for your convenience only. Its outputs, counts, calculations, alerts, notifications, and tracking may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, out of date, or unavailable, and depend on data, integrations, and third-party services outside our control. They are not professional, legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical, or other regulated advice, and are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for reviewing and independently verifying any output before relying on it, and for every decision or action you take in reliance on anything built or run on the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Meltbox nor Autogenic Labs LLC will be liable for any loss, damage, penalty, tax, fine, missed deadline, or other consequence arising from anything built or run on the service, its outputs, or your reliance on them, whether it was created by you, your agents, us, or a third party. This applies to everything built or run on the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any output will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meltbox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autogenic Labs LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, any content you provide or publish, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including the No Reverse Engineering section, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.
